LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the program, doctoral students will be able to:

Demonstrate an advanced understanding of media communication theories, technologies, and emerging trends.
Apply ethical and moral principles to media content creation, journalism, and communication strategies, emphasizing divinity-centered values.
Conduct original research in media communication and contribute to the development of ethical and faith-informed media practices.
Create and disseminate media content that reflects a faith-based worldview and promotes positive societal change.
Analyze and address contemporary media challenges and opportunities from a divinity-based perspective.
Lead and inspire media organizations and teams, fostering a culture of ethical media production and responsible communication.
Contribute to the academic community through scholarly publications and presentations in the field of divinity in media communication.
Engage in lifelong learning, professional development, and the application of divinity-centered principles in media communication leadership and practice.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for admission must hold a Master's or equivalent degree from university or college with at least a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 (4.00 scale). 
REQUIRED CREDITS
43 credits or more
SPECIAL CREDIT RECOGNITION POLICY 
Field experiences, such as participation in religious activities, work experience, and field activities, may qualify for special credit recognition. Additionally, prior learning may be evaluated for credit beyond standard coursework.
FAITH BASED EDUCATION
Kennedy University of Baptist offers only educational programs that prepare students for religious vocations as ministers, professionals, or laypersons in the categories of ministry, counseling, theology, education, administration, music, fine arts, media communications, or social work.
